These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between you and ChaCha Search, Inc. (“ChaCha”). These Terms govern your use of (1) the ChaCha websites, which are comprised of various URLs and web pages operated by ChaCha, including without limitation chachee.heroku.com, ChaCha.me, ChaCha.com and ChaChaCoupons.com (collectively, the “Site”), and (2) any other services, products, software and applications provided by ChaCha, including without limitation the ChaCha iPhone application and any other services accessible using a mobile device (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site and the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that the provisions, disclosures and disclaimers set forth in these Terms are fair and reasonable and your agreement to follow and be bound by them is not the result of fraud, duress or undue influence exercised upon you by any person or entity. The Site and the Services are not permitted to be used by anyone under thirteen years of age. If we have incorrectly blocked your access to the Site or the Services, text the phrase "COPPA mm.dd.yyyy" where "mm.dd.yyyy" is your correct date of birth. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
ChaCha reserves the right to change the Terms under which the Site and the Services are offered in its sole and absolute discretion at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes each time that you use the Site or the Services. All changes to the Terms are effective from the date posted. Unless otherwise amended these Terms shall apply to any modified version or upgrade of the Site or the Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS.
